This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions of our warranty coverage. 1. Warranty Coverage

We offer a limited warranty on all products purchased from Container Chassis Depot. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. The coverage includes, but is not limited to:

  • Container Chassis: Defects in the structural integrity, welding, and frame components.
  • Shipping Containers: Defects in the container’s structure, doors, seals, and locks.
  • Container Homes and Offices: Defects in the structural frame, doors, windows, and basic electrical and plumbing installations (if applicable).

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery and covers the following durations:

  • Container Chassis: 1-year limited warranty.
  • Shipping Containers: 1-year limited warranty.
  • Container Homes and Offices: 1-year limited warranty on structure and components.

Certain components and add-ons may have separate warranties provided by their manufacturers. Please refer to the specific manufacturer’s warranty for these items.

3. Conditions and Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or surface rust.
  • Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
  • Modifications or alterations made to the product without prior written approval from Container Chassis Depot.
  • Damage caused by natural disasters, acts of God, or any external causes beyond our control.
  • Products used in an unintended or unapproved manner.

The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Please note that shipping costs for returning the defective item to us for repair or replacement may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the situation.

5. Repairs and Replacements

If a repair is necessary and feasible, we may repair the product or component using new or refurbished parts. If a replacement is needed, we will replace the product with a new or equivalent model. Repaired or replaced items are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the purchased product. Under no circumstances shall Container Chassis Depot be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of use, or any other damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
